Serious Platform is an ISO 27001 compliance automation tool operated by ISO Serious. The service generates compliance registers from workshop inputs using AI processing and exports them to Notion or CSV.
You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose of ISO 27001 compliance management. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform or its AI processing capabilities.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of generating compliance registers and exporting them to your connected services.
The Serious Platform software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of ISO Serious. Generated register content is owned by you, the client. The AI-generated output is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified professional.
The service is provided "as is". ISO Serious is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Generated registers are advisory and do not constitute professional compliance or legal advice.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
